Jennifer is counsel for her firm’s Financial Institutions Advisory & Financial Regulatory practice. She advises broker-dealers, forms brokerage firms, and represents underwriting clients on FINRA rules and state securities laws. Sean is an associate in the Derivatives & Structured Products practice group. He works in the financial services and Fintech industries.
